മുംബൈ- അന്ധേരിയിലെ മാറോളില്‍ ഇ.എസ്്.ഐ.സി കാംഗര്‍ ഹോസപിറ്റലില്‍ തിങ്കളാഴ്ച വൈകുന്നേരമുണ്ടായ വന്‍ അഗ്നിബാധയില്‍ ആറു പേര്‍ മരിച്ചു. ഇതുവരെ 147 രോഗികളടക്കമുള്ളവരെ രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തി. നാലു മണിയോടെയാണ് അഗ്നിബാധയുണ്ടായത്. അഗ്നി ശമന സേനയും ഡിസാസ്റ്റര്‍ മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ് വകുപ്പും രക്ഷാപ്രവര്‍ത്തനം നടത്തി വരികയാണ്. പത്ത് ഫയര്‍ എഞ്ചിനുകള്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിപ്പിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് അധികൃതര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു. തീനാളങ്ങള്‍ അണയ്ക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമത്തിലാണ്. ചിലര്‍ ഉള്ളില്‍ അകപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതായും സംശയമുണ്ട്. രക്ഷാപ്രവര്‍ത്തനം തുടരുകയാണ്. തീപ്പിടിത്തത്തിനു കാരണം വ്യക്തമല്ല.
